Cellphones are everywhere. According to data from the Information and Communication Technology household survey (TIC Domicílios) of 2016, 93% of Brazilian homes have at least one device of this type. However, the internet is not so widespread, as, according to the same study, only 51% of households are connected to the web. Therefore, smartphones are not always the best solution and we need to discover what is the most appropriate.
