  • Registration: This was the responsibility of the contracting party, with the support of MGov for materials, printing and handling for face-to-face activities and the presence of the registration coordinator for 2 to 3 days at the locations;
  • Audience: Expected to reach up to 90% of the community;
  • Phraseology: Interactive questionnaire with 16 questions about the water quality in the community by VRU;
  • Incentives:Up to BRL5.00 cellphone credit as a reward for answering all of the questions.
