Created in 2012, MGov Brazil aims to meet the requirements of public administrators, foundations, institutes and organizations by providing tools for managing public policies and activities with a social impact. To do so, we use already available tools to implement a two-way communication channel with the respondent, collecting data and sending information in accordance with the client's requirements.In 2014, the MIT Technology Review recognized the startup as the most innovative social initiative among those led by Brazilians younger than 35 years old. Since then, we have created new products, conquered important clients, won prizes, and expanded our activity, not only in Brazil, but in other countries.

One of the top Brazilian innovators under 35 years old and social innovator of 2014, according to MIT Technology Review, Guilherme holds a PhD in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University. Guilherme is also the UNICEF assistant professor of Child Well-being and Development at the University of Zurich, and social innovation specialist at the World Economic Forum Expert Network.

He has worked as a researcher at the Center of Politics and Economics of the Public Sector at FGV and as a consultant to the World Bank and the Interamerican Development Bank on issues related to public policies.

MBA in Total Quality Management from Latec-Fluminense Federal University (Latec-UFF) and Teaching graduate. She has worked in public education for 35 years. At the Ministry of Education she monitored the formulation of the Financial Education Program in Schools, an initiative in the Financial Education National Strategy. She has worked as a Financial Education Specialist at the Brazilian Financial Education Association (AEF-Brasil).

Teacher, post-graduate in Management and Curriculum with experience in implementing educational projects with social impact for the Lemann and Itaú Social Foundations. She has more than 16 years of classroom experience, working in inclusive, infant and Primary I education in the public and private sector.
Lawyer, graduate from the Pontifical Catholic University - São Paulo (PUC-SP), and historian, a full member of the History and Geography Institute of São Paulo (IHGSP). He has wide experience in public administration, having occupied positions in municipal, state and federal legislative bodies, as well as in the São Paulo State Government.
Graduate in Economics and Development from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC Laureate). He has worked as an economic and market researcher, consultant to the World Bank and on the development of technological solutions for low-income groups in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Founder of Poupa Certo, the first app for financial management and access to financial services for under and unbanked users. Currently studying the theory of behavioral economics applied to financial inclusion as a D-Lab Scale-Ups Fellow of MIT.
Graduate in institutional communication from the Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR), currently studying public administration at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). She has already worked in the public and private sectors. She is a certified Portuguese - English language pair translator.
